Conrad and
Christine Thamm were introduced to Cape Cod in the mid 1970's by the late
artist Dave Snow of New Jersey. The Thamms have owned property in
Centerviille and Osterville since 1983. They bought The Old Hundred House
in 1998 and have been renovating ever since.
The Old Hundred House was reopened in 2001 and welcomes guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Because the Thamms have been bringing their children --and now grandchild-- to the Cape for years, they are very familiar with the Cape and the Islands. They are pleased to assist their guests in touring, dining and recreation. Conrad, also known as Mr. Fix-It, leaves his banking career in Hartford, CT and travels to the Cape each weekend to greet his guests. Christine handles the day-to-day operations of this comfortable B&B. Chris is a self-proclaimed ornithologist and delights in showing off the birds which are so abundant in this setting. The Thamms both hold advanced degrees and are continually amazed by the interesting people they meet each summer from all over the world. The breakfast table chatter is worth the trip. |
